As a Crew Member at The Stand, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks related to food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized works pace. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations. Ensure an enjoyable and hassle-free dining experience.
Food Preparation: Prepare gourmet lemonades, assemble nachos with precision and attention to detail, and assist in cooking game day cuisine. Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow proper food handling procedures.
Cash Handling: Handle cash and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, dining areas, and equipment clean and organized. Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Stocking: inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support other team members as necessary.
